Our servers perform daily (starting at 1AM), weekly (on Wednesday) and monthly (on the 4th) backups. You mus request the restoring of your account to one of these time frames using our helpdesk ticket system. beware that the restoration point will overwrite all there is in your account at the time. including email.
We strongly recommend that you save anything relevant before requesting the restore.
You can always download a full Daily, Weekly or Monthly backup from your cPanel
