Getting my account password
Q: I need my account password, do you have it?
A: No, for security reasons Account passwords are encrypted and inaccessible, event to us.
On the Login page:

'Lost password' and follow the instructions
Provide your username, email or domain and the system will send a password reset message to your email on file so you can reset the password yourself
